3. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Terzi Watches deals with carefully inspected and transparently described pre-owned luxury watches.
Due to the nature of the products sold, returns are not accepted except in cases where the watch received does not correspond
to the description provided.
Reporting of non-compliance:
In case of discrepancies or problems, the customer must communicate the report within 24 hours of receiving the
product to info@terziwatches.com, attaching photos and details.
Conditions for accepting returns:
– The watch must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with seals, box and documents
originals;
– Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer;
– After verification, if the complaint is founded, an agreed refund or replacement will be issued.
Customs and international shipping:
Third Party Watches is not responsible for duties, taxes, delays or customs charges in destination countries. Such
costs are always borne by the customer.
